MACRAME A PLANT HANGER with Sarah McDarby

In this class we will learn a few basic macrame knots and how to put them together to make a unique and functional plant hanger.  You will also gain an understanding of different types of macrame cord and what kind to use for your purposes(there are a lot out there!)  They make excellent gifts, and of course you can never have just one in your own home so this is a skill that you will be glad to acquire!

CREATE YOUR OWN BONSAI with Chris Suthard

Bonsai is an Asian art form using cultivation techniques to produce small trees in containers that mimic the shape and scale of full-size trees. They are a lovely way to bring a bit of greenery indoors and can live for years. Join our own Chris Suthard in this hands on workshop. You'll have access to all the materials needed to make your own beautiful bonsai and will be taken step by step through the unique process. Everyone will make one bonsai to take home with them at the end of the class.
